- In a mixing bowl, combine sliced boneless chicken with egg white, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well-coated and marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat 1/4 inch of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken in batches and fry for 4-6 minutes until golden and crispy.
