  • 1/4 cup Cornstarch For crispy texture.

For Frying

  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar or Honey

For Garnish (Optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Sliced Green Onions
  • 1 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Fried Onions/Bell Peppers

Step-by-Step Instructions for Spicy Dragon Chicken
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine sliced boneless chicken with egg white, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well-coated and marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Heat 1/4 inch of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken in batches and fry for 4-6 minutes until golden and crispy.
  3. In the same skillet, lower heat, add sesame oil, sauté garlic, ginger, and red chilies for 1-2 minutes. Add remaining sauce ingredients and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add fried chicken back into the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Cook for 1 minute over low heat.
  5. Transfer to a platter, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with rice, noodles, or lettuce cups.
