For Serving
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds Optional but recommended
  • 2 cups Boiled Rice Cauliflower rice as a low-carb alternative
  • 1 cup Chopped Cucumber
  • 1 cup Chopped Tomato

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the marinade ingredients until smooth.
  2. Thinly slice the steak and add to the marinade, covering and refrigerating.
  3. Preheat the pan over high heat.
  4. Cook half of the marinated beef in a single layer, searing for 3 minutes.
  5. Stir and cook for another 2-3 minutes, then transfer to a serving bowl.
  6. Repeat with the remaining beef.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with rice and vegetables.
