Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Trim excess fat from the chicken thighs and cut them into 1 to 1.5 inch chunks. Toss with avocado oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat (375-400°F) for about 10 minutes.
  3. In a small saucepan on the griddle, combine fresh orange juice, soy sauce, and honey. Stir occasionally until the honey dissolves.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken pieces on the griddle, cooking for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown on the underside.
  5. Flip the chicken and cook until internal temperature reaches 150-160°F, about another 5-7 minutes.
  6. Pour half of the orange sauce over the chicken, stirring gently. Simmer for a few minutes and then add remaining sauce.
  7. On a separate side of the griddle, sauté bell peppers, onions, and orange slices for 3-5 minutes.
  8. Once chicken reaches 165°F, combine everything and serve immediately over rice, noodles, or vegetables.
