Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Add penne pasta and cook for about 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Grill chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Let rest for 5 minutes, then chop.
  3. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, garlic powder, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta, chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and Parmesan. Drizzle dressing over and toss to coat.
