  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut steak into bite-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak cubes in a single layer.
  3. Cook steak for 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until browned but still slightly rare.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Remove cooked steak bites and cover with aluminum foil to keep warm.
  6. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter over medium heat and add heavy cream. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  7. Whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth. Adjust thickness with cream if needed.
  8. Return steak bites to the skillet, tossing them in the sauce to coat thoroughly.
  9. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve hot, garnished with chopped chives.
