Cooking Instructions
  1. Begin by slicing the chicken into thin strips for even cooking and cutting your chosen vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Cook your noodles according to the package instructions until al dente, typically around 4–6 minutes, then drain and set them aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced chicken with soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic, ensuring the chicken is evenly coated. Allow to marinate for 15-30 minutes at room temperature.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, cornstarch, and water or chicken broth until smooth.
  4. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a wok or large skillet. Once shimmering, add the marinated chicken and sear for about 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden.
  5. In the same pan, add your prepared vegetables and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until vibrant and crisp-tender.
  6. Return the cooked chicken to the pan with vegetables, and add the drained noodles. Gradually pour the sauce, tossing everything together until coated. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens.
  7. Plate servings of Garlic Chicken Noodles and garnish with sesame seeds, freshly chopped scallions, or chili flakes. Serve immediately.
