Cooking Instructions
- Begin by slicing the chicken into thin strips for even cooking and cutting your chosen vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Cook your noodles according to the package instructions until al dente, typically around 4–6 minutes, then drain and set them aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced chicken with soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic, ensuring the chicken is evenly coated. Allow to marinate for 15-30 minutes at room temperature.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, cornstarch, and water or chicken broth until smooth.
- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a wok or large skillet. Once shimmering, add the marinated chicken and sear for about 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden.
- In the same pan, add your prepared vegetables and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until vibrant and crisp-tender.
- Return the cooked chicken to the pan with vegetables, and add the drained noodles. Gradually pour the sauce, tossing everything together until coated. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Plate servings of Garlic Chicken Noodles and garnish with sesame seeds, freshly chopped scallions, or chili flakes. Serve immediately.
