Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the thick-cut bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 8-10 minutes, then crumble.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the crumbled bacon with the cooked, shredded chicken.
  4. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected and place the bottom half in the baking dish, spread the chicken-bacon mixture on it, and layer cheese on top.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk the melted butter, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and onion powder until smooth.
  6. Brush the glaze over the assembled sliders, cover with foil, and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
  8. Let them rest for 5 minutes before cutting to serve.
