Basic Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your pie plate.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press into the pie plate and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Mix flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips in a large bowl until just combined to make cookie dough.
  4. Spread cookie dough evenly over the baked crust, reaching the edges.
  5. Bake for about 25 minutes until lightly golden and set in the center.
  6. Layer marshmallows evenly on top of the pie and return to oven for 1-2 minutes to toast.
  7. Let cool for 15-20 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
