Basic Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your pie plate.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press into the pie plate and bake for 10 minutes.
- Mix flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips in a large bowl until just combined to make cookie dough.
- Spread cookie dough evenly over the baked crust, reaching the edges.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until lightly golden and set in the center.
- Layer marshmallows evenly on top of the pie and return to oven for 1-2 minutes to toast.
- Let cool for 15-20 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
