  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup natural sweetener; consider honey as another option
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips or use chopped chocolate bars for a chunkier bite
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff or mini marshmallows as an alternative
For Topping
  • ¼ cup crushed graham crackers essential for the s’more feel

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl or a mason jar, combine rolled oats, milk, yogurt, and chia seeds (if using). Add maple syrup and a dash of vanilla extract for flavor. Mix well.
  2. Gently fold in mini chocolate chips into the oat mixture.
  3. Spoon the oat mixture into jars if not already using one. Top with marshmallow fluff or mini marshmallows. Optional: add crushed graham crackers.
  4. Seal the jars tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. Before serving, stir the mixture and optionally top with more mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers. Use a kitchen torch to toast marshmallows slightly before serving.
