  4. Sprinkle in the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt, folding gently until no flour streaks remain.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  6. Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes while preheating the oven to 350°F (175°C).
