- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the pecans evenly on a baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes, keeping an eye on them.
- In a medium bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, poppy seeds, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Whisk well.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine spinach, strawberries, and thinly sliced onion. Toss gently.
- Drizzle half of the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
- Top the salad with toasted pecans and crumbled feta, and toss lightly again.
