Step-by-Step Instructions

  4. Slice the red onion thinly and scatter over the salad, then mix carefully.
  5. Crumble goat cheese over the salad to enhance flavor and texture.
  6. Chop the walnuts and sprinkle them over the salad, folding the mixture gently.
  7. Disperse dried cranberries throughout the salad and mix again.
  8. Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and honey for the dressing.
  9. Evenly drizzle the dressing over the salad ingredients.
  10. Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the top, adjusting to taste.
