Ingredients
  

For the Creamy Base
  • 1 cup Non-dairy milk Almond or coconut milk can be used.
  • ½ cup Non-dairy yogurt Mango or passion fruit yogurt enhances flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Maple syrup Can substitute with honey or agave syrup.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Optional, can be omitted.
For the Oats
  • 1 cup Quick oats Ensure gluten-free if required.
  • 2 tablespoons Chia seeds Ground flaxseeds can be used as a substitute.
For the Fruits
  • 1 cup Diced mango Other fruits can be swapped if desired.
  • 1-2 pieces Passion fruit Use pulp for topping.

Method
 

Steps
  1. In a medium-sized bowl or jar, combine 1 cup of non-dairy milk, ½ cup of non-dairy yogurt, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Whisk together until smooth.
  2. Add 1 cup of quick oats and 2 tablespoons of chia seeds to the creamy mixture. Stir vigorously to ensure even distribution.
  3. Fold in 1 cup of diced mango and the pulp of 1-2 passion fruits gently, taking care not to mash the fruit.
  4. Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  5. In the morning, stir the mixture and top with additional passion fruit pulp and desired toppings.
