Pumpkin Chai Latte Instructions
- Brew strong chai tea in boiling water for about 5 minutes.
- In a medium saucepan, whisk together brewed chai tea, pumpkin puree, and milk until fully incorporated.
- Gently heat the mixture over medium-low heat until steaming but not boiling for about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice.
- Froth the mixture using a milk frother, whisk, or immersion blender for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour into a mug and serve immediately, optionally paired with biscotti.
