For the Crust
  • 1.5 packs Oreo Cookies Crushed for the crust
  • 5 tablespoons Unsalted Butter Melted
For the Filling
  • 16 ounces Cream Cheese Full-fat for best texture
  • 4 ounces White Chocolate Melted
  • 1 cup Whipping Cream Whipped to stiff peaks
  • 1 cup Sour Cream Can substitute with Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Pure extract preferred
  • 6 cookies Oreo Cookies Crushed, for filling

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Grease and line an 8-inch round springform pan with baking paper.
  2. Melt 4 ounces of white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals.
  3. Whip 1 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Crush 1.5 packs of Oreo cookies in a food processor and mix with 5 tablespoons of melted butter.
  5. Press the mixture into the bottom of the springform pan and chill for 10 minutes.
  6. Beat 16 ounces of cream cheese until smooth, then mix in melted white chocolate, sour cream, and vanilla extract.
  7. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, then fold in crushed Oreo cookies.
  8. Pour filling onto the chilled crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
  9. Decorate with halved and crushed Oreos before serving.
